As a 3x founder and interdisciplinary innovator with a non-linear career path, Aliyah cares about designing solutions that make career opportunities more equitable and work more human. When she’s not busy taking over the world, you’ll find her mentoring students, getting lost in a good book, making latte art, playing piano, and bragging about her two cats.

Bella is a creative strategist with a bubbly enthusiasm and background in marketing, strategic ad, product innovation, and community-building. Bella ensures that Otterwise's products and experiences spark insight and drive impact. Outside of work, she’s probably exploring a new city, basking on the beach, or scheming up her next dinner party.
